How do I place an order?
We take orders through our website only. We use PayPal for payment processing and orders are shipped once per week on Monday for orders received by 8pm PST on Wednesday of the previous week (and after we have received confirmation of payment). We currently only ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

We ship all orders using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. The following is an approximation of shipping times using Canada Post:

PLEASE NOTE: It is the Customer's responsibility to pay for any customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees that may be charged.

Shipments going outside of Canada are not charged any taxes.
Shipments within BC are charged GST and where applicable, PST.

(NOTE: it is the destination of the order, not where it is placed from that determines the applicability of taxes)
What is your return policy?
No refunds – exchanges only for defective merchandise. Please contact us via email before returning any items. Items must be shipped back to us using Canada Post or USPS. The customer must pay for shipping the item back to us (no COD’s will be accepted), but we will not charge you for shipping the replacement item.
